As a team and HR administration at ETC Tax, Charlotte is a valuable member of our friendly business support team providing effective administration support to HR, Marketing, Finance, and the wider tax team.
Before joining ETC, Charlotte was previously employed as a Conveyancing case manager at a Law Firm for 2 years. Charlotte joined with no experience of the Conveyancing Industry and ran a caseload of over 80 clients, completing a range of transaction types each month. Prior to this Charlotte was employed as an Office Assistant/Receptionist at an Accident Management Company, where her love for Admin and organisation began.
Initially I was unsure of where I saw my career heading, until I found a role where I was able to use my organisation skills to benefit the day to day running’s of the business. I found I was able to increase efficiency by changing and updating out of date processes, which had been used for over 10 years and never reviewed. Knowing that a structure and process has been implemented is incredibly satisfying, and my love of organisation began.
My organisation skills are the best part of me, I like structure and can usually be found surrounded by various notepads and To Do Lists.
The worst part of me is that I like to be in control, I like things to be done in a certain way and can sometimes overstretch myself rather than delegate.
