We operate core hours of 10 am until 4 pm and have a hybrid working policy which means that most of our team can work from home up to 40% of the working week.

Plus additional long service days and the opportunity to purchase more days should you wish to.

The Birthday Leave scheme is an employee benefit that’s in addition to holiday entitlement where employees are entitled to take an additional paid day off on their birthday.

We operate a Family comes first policy which means that even during our core working hours we want our team to feel confident that they can attend the family events they should be at. We feel passionately that work should not get in the way of that. So whether it’s sports day or a concert, taking time out to attend medical appointments for a family member, or helping move parents into a care home those things should come first. We work on trust.

We encourage our team to get involved in the local community and offer our team the opportunity to work with a charity for one day or a volunteering organisation during working hours.

As of your first day of employment with the Company, you will be eligible for this benefit, which aims to offer financial protection for your family in the event of death in service. If an employee dies whilst employed by the Company, the employee’s nominated beneficiary(s) will receive 4 times the employee’s salary.

ETC Tax bonus scheme is tied to company-wide targets for turnover and profit, with a percentage of profits allocated to a bonus pool to benefit our employees.
