Employee Wellbeing

Making the complex simple

Promoting a better work life balance

We promote a better work life balance through hybrid working and core hours as well as our family comes first policy.

Mental Health awareness and support

We encourage our team to take care of their own mental health and to be supportive of their colleagues.

We are corporate members of Neurodiversity in Business, whose aim is to build a better workplace for Neurodivergent employees.

Employee Assistance Programme

Our employee assistance programme provides access to qualified counsellors and advisers who are on hand 24/7, 365 days of the year to offer free and confidential support, including emotional, financial and legal guidance.

Health and wellbeing “vouchers”

Employees can apply for monthly health and wellbeing vouchers which can be used to support leisure activities such as music lessons, art, yoga and fitness classes.

Social activities

We encourage positive engagement amongst the team through events such as our annual team away day, our end of year party, our Christmas party, and our Summer social. This ensures everyone feels part of the team and there is a sense of ”togetherness”.
