• Considering the tax residency and UK tax position of an individual who is currently employed in Saudi-Arabia
• Advising a client who is relocating to South Africa in relation to their UK based property investment business, with the view to facilitating the tax efficient succession of the business
• Advising a property developer in relation to the structuring of a transfer of business from sole trade to a company and the taxation implications.
