What’s New This Week @ETC Tax – W/C 26 November 2018
This week we hosted our annual drinks event in London, however, it’s not been all play and no work, here is a list of what we have been working on this week:
• Advising a client who buys and sells second hand software in relation to an EIS claim;
• Advising on a demerger, for a business in a regulated market who wants to separate their primary business from a number of domestic and overseas investments.
• Advising a client on the tax treatment of their disposal of cryptocurrency
