The Chancellor announced a welcome investment of £11m to boost tech hubs and incubators throughout the UK. This is, of course is terrific news, and a real boon to the sector.
A recent survey revealed that, while tech start-up activity is at an unprecedented level, it still remains centred around London. It is vital that more is done to enable tech hubs in other key cities. Hopefully, this investment is an important step towards this.
